It can be tough to get a healthy meal on the table during busy weeknights. But it’s not impossible! Your sheet pan can be your kitchen best friend. Learn how to get dinner on the table in a flash, without sacrificing taste or health benefits. Plus, you’ll learn tips on pairing vegetables to cook more evenly without over-cooking your meals. In this program, Registered Dietitian Roniece Weaver, executive director and founding partner of Hebni Nutrition Consultants, Inc., a community-based, not-for-profit agency formed in 1995 to educate culturally diverse, high-risk populations about nutrition strategies, demonstrates one of her favorite sheet-pan dinners.
This dinner will give you and your family the opportunity to enjoy the flavor without guilt. In this “one and done” on-demand cooking program, Weaver demonstrates her recipe for Sheet Pan Chicken with Sweet Potatoes, Apples, Beets and Brussels Sprouts. This is an easy chicken and vegetable dinner that’s baked on one pan and features delicious and savory flavors. The best thing is there’s only one pan to wash!
