Writing out your New Year resolutions is a great way to organize your thoughts after the holidays. This year, why not try visualizing your 2021 by creating a collage? Watch this program to learn how to create your own personal mood board. Consider how you’ll design it — you may choose to include recipes for a healthier you, keepsakes and treasures, photos or drawings, bits and pieces of fabrics or paper, receipts, maps, or clippings from magazines. Think about using those images and words that will support you moving into a healthy and happy new year. Let your creation guide you and your 2021 outlook!

By viewing this program, you can expect to learn that:

  • visuals can assist with attaining goals.
  • creativity is a fun process.
  • flexibility is a key attribute for planning ahead.

This program is presented by Catherine Cross Tsintzos and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
