Mediterranean Grilled Salmon Salad

Tatziki Dressing– 1/2 cup Greek yogurt, 1/4 cucumber grated then rung out, 2 garlic cloves grated, 1 lemon zested, salt & pepper to taste, 1 lemon juiced, 2 tbsp chopped dill. Mix all together & enjoy!
Grilled Salmon– Brushed salmon with avocado oil and seasoned really well with Za’atar spice.
Salad-Arugula, tomatoes, cucumber, feta, Kalamata olives, cucumber, grilled artichoke hearts.
