Humans are social animals; we need each other. But it’s possible that too much togetherness with partners during the pandemic has caused stress and strain at home. How do we best connect, communicate, recharge or repair relationships? In this unique session presented by Licensed Mental Health Counselor Jill Hamilton Buss, you’ll learn how to reconnect and recharge your relationships with evidence-based strategies. We all need a tune up from time to time – especially after almost a year of quarantine. Join Jill to learn simple, effective ways to connect heart-to-heart.

By watching this program, you can expect to learn:

  • quick effective ways to connect with your partner – some take less than one minute;
  • how to best ask for what you truly want or need – no more nagging;
  • and paradoxical interventions that are surprisingly effective at bringing you closer to your partner and creating/restoring connections you thought were frayed.

This program was presented by Jill Hamilton Buss and was hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
