Grilled Margherita Pizza

Dough:
2 cups flour divided
2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast
1 1/2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Margarita Pizza:
1/2 the dough
Fresh basil
Salt & Pepper
Crush Tomatoes
Garlic Oil
Fresh Mozzarella
