Fostering Positive Relationships

At this point in quarantine, you’re likely a little weary from all the time spent in close quarters with your close family. Have you found yourself being short or snappy with your loved ones, throwing all positive communication skills out the window? Has the arguing in your house reached an all-time high? If this sounds like you, we encourage you to join this Nourish Coffee Talk: CHILL Chats, featuring Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern and CHILL Counselor Kathleen Hawkins.

Kathleen will discuss fostering positive relationships in extraordinary times like ours, provide her tips for remembering those very helpful, very important communications skills and give her insight on how to repair relationships when things inevitably do go south. Kathleen will also take your family and relationship questions at the end of her Coffee Talk.
