White Bean Dip

1 can white beans
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp dried dill
3 cloves garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon zested and juiced
1/4 tsp cumin

Add garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and Greek yogurt to the food processor. Purée until the garlic gets all chopped up.
Add beans, cumin & dill, and start to purée, add the olive oil slowly. Purée until the beans are nice and smooth.
Garnish with Kalamata olives, diced tomatoes, and fresh herbs!
