Black Bean Flautas

Ingredients: 
1 can black beans 
1 can vegetarian refried black beans 
2 ears of corn (cut off the cobb) 
1 tsp chili powder 
1 tsp cumin 
Salt & Pepper to taste 
5 cloves garlic, microplaned 
½ tsp paprika 
¼ cup chopped cilantro 
1 can diced green hatched chili’s 
1 cup shredded quesadilla cheese 
2 packs small carb smart flour tortillas 
2 limes zested and lime juice 

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, minus the carb smart tortillas.

2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Evenly distribute the black bean mixture into carb smart tortillas. Roll up and bake for 15-20 minutes.

3. Serve with guacamole & lime yogurt.
