The Daily Well is a virtual village of resources, digital programs, opportunities to connect and commiserate, and more, all focused around the Seven Dimensions of Wellbeing. The Daily Well is a joint production of the Winter Park Health Foundation and Growing Bolder, partners in The Wellbeing Network based at the Center for Health & Wellbeing.
The Daily Well initiative was founded in reaction to the COVID-19-forced closure of the Center for Health & Wellbeing.

About: Cooking with Collette is a Facebook Live cooking demonstration every Tuesday and Thursday at 3 PM hosted by Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen Chef Collette Haw. She’s sharing some of her favorite healthy recipes, tips and tricks to nutritious and delicious cooking…and you just might learn how to make some of your favorite Nourish Cafe items in your very own home kitchen.
